After one year of attendance, each child has five days of vacation per year. You can select five days to be tuition-free on days when your child will not be at the center. On each anniversary of your child's start date, another five vacation days will be available to you. Simply send an email to donna@hcckc.org or complete the above form and place it in the tuition box to let us know when you want to use vacation.
Electronic Tuition Payment Authorization Form
Most of our families choose to pay tuition electronically because it requires no action on their part after they complete the authorization form. This process is completely hassle-free because tuition rates are changed for you when your child moves rooms and when you use vacation days. Simply complete the above form and email it to donna@hcckc.org or print it and place it in the tuition box.

Please print this form and complete it in writing. We recommend having this form notarized; some emergency care providers will not provide care without the notary signature.
